Bedroom 1: On the ground floor, large double bed (5ft), triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, full height window overlooking courtyard and paddocks. Space for cot (a travel cot is available on request) or folding guest bed (this has a 10cm deep foam mattress and is suitable for a child/small adult).
Bedroom 2: Accessed via the walkway, with rooflights to west, three full size single beds (one is a pull out and can be stowed away), space for cot or folding guest bed, chest of drawers. Extensive views north over Charlton Park towards the Cotswolds.
Bedroom 3: At the opposite end of the walkway to bedroom 2, with rooflights to west, two full size single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: downstairs off the day room with bath (shower over), basin, WC.
Bathroom 2: upstairs adjacent to Bedroom 2 with bath (shower over) basin, WC.
